3b. Opt-Out / STOP

No additional messages will be sent after your opt-out is processed.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Metamorphosis Consulting, LLC is not responsible for any charges applied by your carrier.

3e. Supported Carriers

SMS services are available on all major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, and other regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3f. Opt-In List Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your SMS opt-in consent or phone number to any third party for their own messaging purposes. Opt-in data is specific to Metamorphosis Consulting, LLC only.


4. SMS Platform Providers

To deliver SMS communications, we may use one or more of the following technology platforms. Each provider operates in accordance with their own compliance standards and applicable law:

  • Zoom Phone / Zoom SMS — Zoom Video Communications, Inc. We use Zoom Phone to send and receive business SMS messages.   • Amazon Web Services (AWS) — Amazon SNS / Amazon Pinpoint — We may use AWS messaging services to deliver SMS communications. AWS processes message data as a data processor on our behalf. All SMS communications sent through these platforms comply with applicable TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices, and carrier guidelines.


5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to improve your browsing experience and understand how visitors use our site. You may adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies, though some site functionality may be affected. We do not use tracking cookies to build advertising profiles or sell your data to advertisers.


6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected, provide ongoing services, or comply with legal obligations. SMS opt-in records — including the date, time, and method of consent — are retained for a minimum of four (4) years in accordance with TCPA record-keeping requirements and carrier audit standards.

While no method of data transmission or storage is 100% secure, we take our responsibility to protect your information seriously and review our security practices regularly.

These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services on our behalf and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards. We do not permit them to use your data for their own independent marketing purposes.
